Of ISO and SSM - how much are all these fuss contributed to quality and job performance. Has anyone tried working out the man hours involved in conforming the ISO identifiers and does this fit in the sense of cost benefits in bringing out the efficiency of the output? Has SSM been successful as indicator for job performance as compared to grades obtained in PTK?
At the end of the day, the grandpas who had been in the system before us that rock. No PTK, no ISO and just plain delivery of services until the day they retired.
So, do you think you can tell?
OR
We're just lost souls swimming in a fish bowl,
year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have you found?
The same old fears.
