Chasing Dragonfly

I was taking pictures in the field of padi and all of a sudden, a dragonfly came to view – bringing back my childhood memories. That childhood memory of mine I will always cherish. I think one of the greatest things about being human is that we have memories that are reasonably persistent throughout most of our life-spans. Our memories provide continuity between our past experiences and the current moment. You can never get too far away from your memories because everything you now experience is focused by lenses either scratched or polished by previous experiences. How you "see" things is unique because the sum total of your experiences is unique.

Our greatest adult fears were created by childhood memories. Our greatest adult anxieties were produced by childhood memories. Our most negative adult views of ourselves are the product of childhood memories. Our most important adult goals have their roots in childhood memories. Our most powerful adult drives have their roots in childhood memories. Our adult attitudes, adult perspectives, adult expectations, and adult view of life are all powerfully influenced by our childhood experiences and memories.

It is a fundamental characteristic of being human.

Sir. After reading your blog. You are so not you. I meant from my view because I have a stereotype for a man like you. I am a IPDA student and luckily attending your KISSM lecture before leaving IDPA.
Can you share your knowledge on photograpghy? The photo you took were so beautiful. I went to London before and realised that their scenery are too beautiful. I thought my hometown cannot compare with them. However, when I was back to Stesen Keretapi, Kodiang and see to the paddy feild, I realised that they can compete to other countries' scenery.

Hello Peng,
I'm glad that you like my little collection of pictures around here. You can click My TREKEARTH (http://www.trekearth.com/members/jusninasirun/)link to see more of my pictures commented by members around the world.
Where you traveled far, then only you learn to appreciate the beauty of your own country.
p/s: I can teach you photography but I still have a lot to learn myself.
